FULL BIOGRAPHY

Once a hard working UPS driver, Diamond Steve Jones endured both his regular shifts and countless overtime hours to make ends meet for Laurie, his wife and their young son Nicholas. As their financial commitments mounted, Steve and Laurie were faced with the unhappy decision to have Laurie work outside their home with Nicholas, as well their future children, consigned to long hours in daycare and away from Steve and Laurie. “Not an option” determined Steve and Laurie who were committed to raise their children on their own terms. When they saw the Amway sales and marketing plan and realized they could make the additional money they needed to keep above water, they jumped at the chance - Laurie could stay at home with Nicholas, and the Joneses would create the financial margin that they and so many others are looking for.

Steve and Laurie’s dream for some additional income soon swelled into an awesome reality far beyond the couple’s original aspirations. At 29 and at the level of Emerald, Steve retired from his exhausting job at UPS to join Laurie full time in building their Amway business in addition to being parents with the flexibility to be with their young children!  Soon thereafter Steve and Laurie reached the Diamond level. Steve and Laurie have raised their 3 son’s Nicholas, Keenan, and Michael together into adulthood while building their Amway business. What a dream come true!

The Amway business has provided an amazing lifestyle for the Jones family. Not only did they have the privilege of being actively present with their boys each day, they had the freedom to pursue other interests as well. Laurie has had many opportunities to be involved as a volunteer with organizations that are important to her and make an impact on the world. Steve has been a coach at all levels in the Glencoe community football program. It started as a desire to be involved with his boys but then became a passion to remain a coach once his boys graduated from High School. Steve coached for 18 years, the last 8 years as a head football coach mentoring and coaching young men using the game of football.

Now that their kids are grown and on their own Steve and Laurie are committed to helping as many people as possible realize their dreams.  Steve and Laurie are on a mission to find people who are looking for an opportunity, they may not know it’s Amway yet that will fulfill their dreams and desires but Steve and Laurie know firsthand how this business opportunity can impact lives” We are looking for people that have the guts and courage to be different- who have dreams and desires that will not be satisfied by the status quo. We are looking for people with grit and God willing, He will put them in our path.”
