Massimo was a chemist and for six years held a management position in two multinational companies. Elisabetta worked as shop assistant in several clothes shops before she decided to realized one of her dreams: open her own clothes shop.

After one year in the Amway business they were making more money working part time than Massimo was making full time with his job. At that point Massimo quit his job to work full time in the Amway business. Soon after, they achieved Emerald, expanding their business to thousand of families all over Italy and in other countries.

Elisabetta was then able to leave her shop and to work full time the business with Massimo.

Today as Executive Diamonds they enjoy a great freedom and quality of life with their two daughters, Virginia and Allegra.
