Olive holds a degree in Mass Communication, and started her career in the television industry hosting a noontime variety show, then selling airtime for commercials. After marrying Ernie, they both ventured into fast food business in several of Manila's major shopping malls. In 1997 they were introduced to the Amway business opportunity by a complete stranger. "I was open and exploring new ideas at that time because our conventional business was so stressful," shares Olive. She and Ernie achieved Diamond in 2006, and Founders Diamond in 2010, becoming sought-after speakers for both Amway and Network21.

Their only son Ryan finished university in New York with honors in Visual Arts. The challenges of his stressful lifestyle in the US led to a major health challenge, that brought him back to the Philippines. He next went into self-employment as a freelance photographer and writer for some of the country's major magazines yet he was not fulfilled. Ryan's defining moment came during a Network21 Weekend Leadership Seminar where he decided to make a professional commitment to the business and achieved Platinum.

In 2016, Ernie passed away after a terrible sickness. It was a challenging period for Olive and Ryan, but they decided to continue his legacy and build together. The learning they got from the business has given them the mental toughness to face many obstacles. Since then, Ryan has continued his father's role in the business as a second-generation Diamond. More than ever, Olive and Ryan are committed to helping their teams grow, touching the lives of people everywhere, and being examples of excellence and passion to the people they care about.
